His profound knowledge of LEAN Management, LEAN Design and LEAN Construction as well as his many years of experience make him a sought-after project manager in this industry. Setting up and accompanying major projects, but also rescuing projects that have "gone wrong" are among his particular strengths. Over the last decades Georg Pastl has been responsible for construction activities worth more than € 3.5 billion for BMW and is particularly proud that all projects have been successfully completed without legal disputes.
